Return Policy

Shopping online can be scary - we totally get it!  We want whatever you purchase from Rollick to make you feel like the baddest B around, so if for some reason it doesn’t work out, let us make it right!  

Please note that due to customs reasons, we are unable to offer returns on Canadian orders at this time. All sales to Canada are final.

U.S. returns shipped within 7 days of receipt - FREE with prepaid label

Once you receive your order, if you decide it isn’t everything you hoped and dreamed for, follow these easy steps for a return:

  1. Re-package the item securely (in unworn condition)
  2. Affix the prepaid return shipping label that was included in your package
  3. Drop your package in a USPS mailbox or at a post office

As long as your return is in the mail within 7 days of receipt, there is no cost to you! Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund, which will be issued to your original form of payment.

Returns shipped within 8-30 days of receipt - $6.99 deducted from refund

After the 7 day window, you can still use the included return label, but a $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is received.  You will be credited back to the original form of payment, minus that fee.  

Returns after 30 days

Please note that due to the ever-changing inventory in this shop, unfortunately we cannot accept returns after 30 days.  If you have any issues with the product or find it defective when you receive it, please contact us at and we will make it right in a jiffy!

Any items returned after the 30 day window will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

Items Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn/washed condition.
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Non-apparel items returned without the original packaging intact.  


Due to quick-moving inventory, if you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend ordering the new item ASAP, and completing the return process for the original item.  This will make sure you will get the correct version that you need!

Changes to an order

If you need to make a change to an order, please email as soon as possible after placing the order.  We can’t guarantee that we will be able to make the change in time, but will do our best to help if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
